Mortgage Facilities
Should you need a mortgage here in
Spain, the process is normally much simpler than obtaining a mortgage
in the U.K.
As a rule of thumb, you may borrow
up to 70 % of the value of the property.
The repayment terms can be
arranged over as much as 30 years depending on the age of the
applicants.
There are normally arrangement
fees of around 1.5 % and early settlement fees of around 1 %.
You will normally be asked to
provide a current P60 and 3 months wage slips as prove of earnings.
There will be a valuation fee from
the bank of between 200 and 300 Euros.
